I'm looking at buying an aftermarket downpipe from a board member. He says he thinks its an ATR piece, but that it is a two-piece unit. I thoght the ATR pipe was a single piece? I imagine the two piece would be much easier to install, but am jsut curious who it was that made a 2 piece downpipe. Any ideas?

He says its a 2.5" pipe, and it bolts to teh stock turbo exhaust elbow, and since the mease pipe replaces the stock elbow (i think?) I'm guessing this means it probably a kirban's pipe? Anyone have any expereince with these?

My old Kenne-Bell downpipe was a two piece 2.5" that used the stock elbow. It's a good downpipe but it's made for the KB dual stage headers. It will work fine with stock headers but it sticks out toward the passenger fender a few more inches which makes it occasionally hit on the A-arm on hard bumps.

I have a 3 inch 2 peice pipe that uses the stock elbow. Not sure who made it but it went on easy and does not hit. Slip fit with band clamp.
