I am too trying to find the biggest REAR sway bar out there, ever made for our cars. I have found a flood of people running the ATR replica 1 3/8", a BMR bar 1 4/8 "(1.5"), and the Herb Adams 1 5/8".

are they any others out there. I was told that before ATR went out of business they did make a 1 7/8" bar. If this is true, this would be the biggest bar I found.

Thank you in advance.
My dad's original 1986 94 code thanks you too

Bars I know are around, all the 1"ers I know of.....1 3/8" ATR too, 1.5" BMR too. But has anyone ever seen or installed a Rear Sway Bar bigger then 1.5"?
I heard there was an ATR 1 7/8" bar out there anyone can confirm this?

thanks

Hey,

Would using a bottom mount sway bar open up more possibilities for the rear? I have been eyeing the Global West rear lower control arms and they come in either a side mount and a bottom mount version.

HR rear bar increased mph around the roundy-round by 5-6 mph. I also installed HR lowers at the same time.

Look at Nick Mcales car on opening screen of this website. That picture was before he installed the HR bar. With the HR bar he leaves straight & level.

Another option is the Wolf bar, but it has to be welded in.

BMR was 1.5". They don't sell them anymore.
I recently bought a 1 3/8" from FTS, but I don't know the manufacturer.

Herb Adams also made a 1.5". Anyone ever heard of or seen a 1 7/8" rear sway bar? Thank you for the replies so far.

Spohn performance makes a matched, larger than stock, front and rear sway bar kit for our cars. Haven't looked into it at all, but from all appearances they seems like a company that makes top notch stuff.
