Who’s using the RJC Bleeder Valve?

Could you tell a difference once it was installed? Faster spool, no turbo lag?

i cant say for sure but i think it made a difference but it could just be me thinking it did. I remember reading somewhere where they tested them on the dyno and there was a faster spool time.

Do you shorten the RJC boost controller to increase boost or lengthen it?

How much slack do you have in the w/g rod when you connect it to the w/g puck arm? (1/8"?)

yes it will fit with that turbo sheild. also you tighten it to increase boost. Also how much slack do i have in my w/g rod. None i put my wastegate rod with a small amount of tension then start turning the RJC controller in.

good luck. i have run up to 28 psi on a stock wastegate and a rjc boost controller. let me tell you it was a bitch to get the wastegate rod on.

I have used vise grips before to grab the rod and pull it onto the swing arm.

If it is good enough for Melissa's car, it should be good enough for mine. :biggrin:

i run mine all the way in to get 24 psi and run 1/8 preload on wastegate then i turn wategate 4 turns to get 28. spools like a bitch without it it gets full boost at 20 feet with it on i get full boost at 2 feet

What was I thinking? LOL Yes Zip ties not twist ties.
Fords can get by with twist ties.

i have never run one with an external myself as i dont see it helping but thats just me.
