Ok I have a 1989 tta with some add ons BUT!

Precision Industries 3200 Viglante stall converter
At least that is what the last owner said it had, I did drop the pan and change the filter. The trans seems to shift nice 1-2 very firm 2-3 less firm but still ok. But the big issue is the RPM it is doing this at 1-2 only like 4300-4600 rpm and about the same for all gears sometimes a bit more sometimes less WOT. My Car tack shows only about 4000 rpm but the scanmaster show what i posted not sure whats going on there any help would be great on either issue. O and my car doesnt stall at all, like any other auto car i have driven put it in gear and i just goes. If i hold the brake and give it a gas it goes???? Whats up??
