I think Bweavy posted something not too long ago about some personnel issues - which if you've had occasion to visit Bethel, NC - you would understand. No smarm intended - jus sayin'
He does reply to his emails pretty religiously.
I'm with ya on the phone thing though - I was in my car and dying to buy some parts - but got the ....no answer.
I just logged in to the website and ordered when I got home - which truth be told - is much more accurate.
