Wierd #'s popping up in A/F tables???????

Every once and a while i'll check my A/F table or the spark tables and in cirtian areas or scattered randomly are some very bizarrre numbers. For example. In my A/F table i will have nice gradually increasing numbers from 70-90. In that slope field there was about a 4x4 boxed areas of 200. Also, sometimes i will find scattered 0's all over the place or scattered really high numbers. Is this a virus in the FAST unit itself or should i look at the lap top? Thanks alot.

It could be both, but i would wipe out your old fast software and install the lastest one. Or if you really have an old laptop use the dos version, and just use it for the car. The advantage of using the windows version, is allows you to datalog longer and more sensors. The disadvantage is you have to use the mouse while driving at that is tricky sometimes, and dangerous, but you shouldn;t be doing that anyway.
