Wierd SHifting @ WOT

I have a 2004r which Is supposed to give me a good 5500-6000 WOT shifts. Well some of the time I can get 5500 shifts but it wont do it all the time. Sometimes its shifting @ 4600 I tried diffrent Tv postions but I dont think it making a diffrence. I just had the transmission gone threw @ Masters transmission down here in Rosemont MN. I was suffering from stacks shifts and Thats taken care of, And before this it was fine. But I would like to take care of this on my own any Ideas?

more than likely it is a worn out tv upshift valve in the valve body or another associated worn land in on the shift tv valves.using the answermatic valve body tester willimmediately isolate the problem if it is valve body related.
