It's not that it's NA, but the trim level of the car that makes a difference. Some of the turbo Regals came as base as possible so no creature comforts other than the basics.

as far as i can tell, other than the G80 posi differential, the rear window defogger is the only non standard option on top of the T Type package in my 84 T Type.. no tilt.. no cruise.. crank up windows.. manual locks.. 60/40 split cloth bench.. am/fm radio..

you could order cars pretty bare bones back then...

My 87 has pwr windows by armstrong. No pwr locks, though I passed on a few that didnt have a rear defroster, mine does have that, along with cruise and tilt wheel.

It doesn't have anything to do with the fact that it's an "N/A" car or not. It's just because that's how the dealer ordered the car back then.

Others have said it....everything pretty much then was ala cart. My '87 T has power locks, crank windows, bucket seats, manual power side mirror, tilt wheel, no cruise control, no rear defroster. It does have all the GO FAST goodies and black trim package
