I put on a new stock MAF with no change. If you turn the engine over and not give it gas it spins over tries to fire then grinds the starter. Give it a little gas and it cranks, does not idle up and idles like crap.

Remove the IAC valve. After it is removed,hook it up to the connector and turn the key on a to see if it moves. If it doesn't move,push the pintle toward the IAC body a small amount,re-install,don't plug the connector in,and start the car.

If it moves during the initial test,it is probably good.
 
Ttype6 you were right! Put a new IAC on and it fixed her right up! Thank you very much and thanks to all for everyone's input.
