Will Bruce's shallow sump work?

I need to know if the shallow sump/pickup that Bruce sells will work with the OE tranny pan? I'd like to have a deep pan but am not sure if the TTA sits too low for that deep of a pan??? I might have to stick with the OE pan for clearance issues.

No they will not.

But what you want is our shallow pan kit (2 3/4", not the 5"deep one. It comes with our "bottom feeder system" also.
We sell and install these all the time on TTa's.

Here is a link. Pictured are both pans. The shallow one you desire, is on the right or tilted and is only 3/4 of an inch deeper than stock but much larger in capacity. Look at the pan, you will see why.

To be honest with ya Bruce I would absolutely LOVE to have one of your sheet metal pans under my car, but my other 50,000 toys, projects, and obligations won't allow me to spend the $280+ it will take to get one bolted up. With that in mind, I need to address this issue from the "most I can swing without getting divorce papers served to me" standpoint. The way I see it, if your bottom feeder will work with the stock pan I can start with that piece....momma won't miss the $50. Then I'll keep my eyes open for a new/used sheet metal pan at a later date and slide that in under the radar without momma noticing....no bitching and the best of both worlds...dig? So, will your bottom feeder work with the OE pan???
