Will bstc work with FAST ecu?

From what i understand it alters messages to the stock ecu,if so can it work with the FAST ecu?

The boost commander overrides the signal from the ECU. I had this same question with the Max Effort. The max effort changes the soleniod signal into a shift light signal. As long as I leave the Boost commander on all works well. If I accidentally turn the BstC off and take it up to 5000 rpm it starts doing all kinds of wierd things, since the soleniod gets a signal to turn on the shift light.
