Will not shift into OD

Everything else is fine, thanks to everyone's help here! but it will not shift to OD unless I lift off the gas , and that's only above 60mph. Could this be the 4th pressure switch. Thanks, Dave

A condition such as your is caused, many times, by a TV cable that's a couple clicks too tight.

Back it off a click or two (no more!) and see what it does.

BTW, the fourth pressure switch only reports fourth gear apply pressure to the ECM after the shift has already occured. It will not cause the symptom you are experiencing.

Hrmmmm That is odd. Try playing with tv. If not we may have to go into 3-4 shift valvetrain. Did ANYBODY put a shift kit in and maybe install 2-3 shift spring in 3-4? Today , anything is possible.

Yes, I spent about 9 1/2 years here before leaving for a brief stint at Hypertech for a year and a half. But I have returned.

Oh...and I do the TCI Web site as well.
