will these rims work

a guy is selling a set of centerline rim that are 16x8 with 4.5in backspacing for 200 dollars will the find on my 86 buick

Those should work fine. Same size and backspacing as GTA front rims.

Do a search here on tire size and GTA rims. You'll get the answer you'll need since they are the same size rims and BS. I'm thinking 245/50/16 is the biggest you can go, but I'm not sure.
