Will these wheels fit with these spacers??

Alright here's the plan. I'm getting 18x8s and 18x9s. 38mm offset. 38mm comes out to 1.49 inches, so I have to space them. I could buy 1.5" spacers and call it a day, they'd sit in the wheel wells like they were zero offsets, OR I could buy 2" spacers, basically bumping them out an extra half inch, and have them sit in the wheel wells as though they were 9.5" wide. Like I've said in my other threads lately, seems like 9.5" is the safe limit people recommend for wheel width, but I'm just double checking. Should I just go with the 1.5" spacer and maybe avoid a problem with rubbing on the fender lip, or should I go for the extra .5" wingspan and risk possibly needing airbags to clear the fender?

Also, what spacer should I run in the front? Probably just the 1.5" spacer to keep them at zero offset and create less problem with rubbing on turns?
