Wilson Elbow flange equivalent

In respect to the way a 100 degree Wilson Intake Elbow transitions . would the 1 1/8" flange on the elbow be equivalent to putting a 1 1/8" spacer on a manifold in terms of increasing RPM range of manifold ?
