WIN7 experts please

Can't figure out what went wrong.

I'm trying to create a new folder to hold all my TB dot Com pictures.

Clicking on the "New Folder" button does NOTHING????


The only new thing I seem to be able to create is a "briefcase". I must have some kind of wierd sharing turned on somewhere. Help!!!!!

Is "new folder" still in the (right-click | new) list?

You can add it back with a registry edit.I have a fix some where. Give me a bit to find it and I'll upload it for you.

In the meantime, do a malware scan with MalwareBytes anti rootkit scanner.

Ran the Malwarbytes rootkit scanner. It didn't find anything.

I just had this issue on a clients machine last week and this got the option back however malware had removed her options.
