Window trim retainer pins

I need to re-skin the roof on my 84. My question is about the small little pins that the window trim retainers are held on with. These little metal pins are not on all roof's such as the cloth covered ones. Is there a way to add these guys after the fact? I am having a hard time finding a good roof that is a plain jane hard top. Will a body shop have a little pin welder that could install these for me?

The stud welders of a high end shop has them. GM sold/ sells replacement screw in studs.

AH.....found the rivets and screws, solves the problem! Thanks for the help.

Careful of rivets they tend to distort the clip.
