Wiper Linkage Removal

Anyone have tips on removing the wiper linkage arms under the hood? Mine are rusted and need to be powder coated. Not sure how to get them off. Thanks

There are three bolts on the cowl that mount the arms of the wipers. Take them off and two 10mm bolts on the motor that holds it on. Remember first to remove the wipers arms lift them up and slide the lever out with a flat head. They will come off. I’ve never powdercoated the assembly due to the plastic parts. I’ve just had them blasted and repainted myself.
