Is this the correct connection for the blue wire with the green connector?

I believe the gray wire is the fuel pump bypass, but I never was sure about the green connector and the blue wire.

The green connector is a tach connection. If the car has a tach in it, it is likely connected via the blue wire.

You are correct about the gray wire.
