Wires running drivers side to the back of the car

[Boston GN]

Wiring up a new GNS dash and need to run some wires to the fuel sender. I know the sender wire at the pump is pink. There's a bunch of wires running up the drivers side of the car to the rear and in these wires is a bright pink one. I'm assuming I can tie in here for the fuel level sender?
I hate to assume, but I figured I'd ask instead of just jumping in and splicing wires
