Wiring Harness Remove/Install

I am currently converting a 1985 NA Regal into a HA clone car. I am to the point where I am removing the NA ECM wiring harness. How is the best way to do this? So far, I have the ECM out and the grommet pushed through the firewall, and all underhood connections unplugged. To me it looks like you either have to remove the PS fender and fenderwell or maybe the underhood AC box but I cant tell which one. Anyone done a wiring harness swap?

Just unbolt the inner fender. The harness goes through the firewall just below the A/C box.

There is a couple small bolts on the firewall below the heater/ac unit.
