Thinking about changing out my wiring harness on my 84 T Type. As old as these cars are, I figure that it wouldn't hurt. Is there an easy way to do this job? I am looking for some guidance here.
Thanks

Replacing main harness on a hot air

I did that on my GN last summer. I studied the thing for a long time before I tackled it but couldn't see any possible shortcuts. By the time I got around to it I needed replace a motor mount, valve springs and rocker arm shafts so I pulled the engine. I had hood alignment problems so I bit the bullet and removed the passenger fender, front clip etc. That made the job easier but still not that easy. I used the old harness to organize the layout but even then had to pull the harness out after the initial install, strip off some wire loom, tape it and fight with it in order to squeeze it over the water pump.
If you want to hear more email me and I'll tell you what I learned.

Now the short answer to your question:
No :)
