Ive been searching for a couple of hours (1 hour I dozed off) looking for exactly people have wired the 2 step using the orange wire on the TR6. I need specifics so I don't screw it up. I was thinking of activating it with the brake switch but how would I keep the 2 step from activating every time I hit the brakes? A separate switch?

i wired mine to a leaf switch on my shifter, then put a toggle switch where the ash tray is so it only operates when the lighted toggle is on.im wired through my trans brake too.if your just using a rev limiter, same idea it only works when its in first, slam it in d and off it goes.i have a special detent also,so it goes to d not od.

Do you mean the brake light switch or the a switch on the brake pedal. There is an old post saying the brake light switch doesn't react fast enough.

I was thinking pedal or could I just run it to the fuse box or battery?
