Wobbling wheels

Wheel shakes and pulled to the right when i let the wheel go. Took it to the shop to get aligned and the pull to the right isnt as bad but wheel still wobble.

How can i tell what it is? Can i fix it myself?

are the rims straight?
are they wheels balanced, and have any of the balancing weights fallen off?
do any of the tires have belts that are separating? i once had car that had a really bad wobble in the steering wheel that was caused by a tire in the rear that had a belt in the sidewall coming apart.
are all the wear items in the front end- tie rods, ball joints, idler arm, center link, bushings,etc- in good shape?
are the wheel bearings good and tight?

I have a similar problem, one of my GTA rims is bent - have to get it fixed or buy a new one...

Bent rim and/or tire seperating would be my guess. What rims are on it?

Tires and or Tires need proper Balancing.

Rotate the tires and see if it changes the performance of the car. Visually inspect each wheel and tire when they are off.
