Won't shift into overdrive?

Transmission shifts only to third gear, and will not shift into overdrive???? Revs are at about 4000rpm at 65 mph

Everything else seems ok?

Any Ideas?

Mine did this (along with shifting way too early) and I took it back to the shop that rebuilt it for me and they fixed it. I have no idea what they did though.
