I've seen worse. Don't care for the rims, I like the burgundy paint.

Wow, and I thought Buicks were supposed to be Classy and Understated.
I'm trying very hard to come up with exactly what sort of car would deserve this treatment. Perhaps a Toyota Echo; that's already so ugly and tasteless that nothing can be done to it to make it worse. I'm afraid to find out what sort of person this attracts; it's the automotive equivalent of gold teeth, blue extensions, green contacts, red acrylic nails, black stiletto heels, a neon green tube top and a lipstick red leather miniskirt.
