Wot o2's at .035?

So I just finished installing a set of 42 lb injectors and doing the 86/87 ECM /maf swap with the iat deleted ,chip from Turbotweak for all that was done and the car .The car ran great with the stock ecu maf and injectors never a drivability issue but now the car is a little late to start and diesels sometimes when I shut it down.
The car cruises and accelerates great at partial throttle but just doesn't go anywhere when you floor it , I have seen no knock on the caspers gauge or the powerlogger ,recorded a short 2nd gear pull yesterday and this is what I got.

Rpm 4200
Lv8 255
Maf 243
Tps 4.43
O2 .035
Knck 0

This is at the highest rpm of the pull ,the o2's start around 780-800 when cruising but as I get into the throttle they dump right down to .086 and make there way to .035 by the end. The 02 is a new denso any thoughts as to why they are so crazy low and why I'm not seeing any knock .The fuel system is all upgraded 340 hotwired with an adj reg, on my way to get a diff 02 sensor.

Also inj duty cycle showed 72 percent and I was running 16 psi of boost line off fuel pressure at 43.
 
Try another O2 sensor. If you're dieseling on shut down you have an injector(s) leaking into the engine rapidly. Maybe a shorted injector wire.
 
Went from the new denso to a new Bosch with the same results, I think it may be the old adjustable fpr I put on thats the only other change I made. Thanks bison I'll pull the injectors and have them looked at and possibly order a new regulator.

Make sure your harness isnt pinched.
 
The injector harness? I checked the o2 wire today and it looked good.
 
Injs new, or used? If used, been out of the engine for a period of time?
 
Injectors were usedbought off this board I believe the seller said 8k on them.

How long have they been out? Being exposed to air will allow them to dry out and lock up. They also may have enuf crud in them that once fired, they won't close.
 
I don't know I installed them as soon as I received them , going to take them to the injector doctor and have them cleaned.thamks for the input guys.
 
Well I've changed the fuel pressure regulator and the 02 sensor with no change any tips on how to test the fuel pump? Thanks.
 
Well I think I have found the problem, my 009 injectors are 30# instead of the 42 I thought they were and that my chip is burnt for.
