Here is mine its been on for about 2 weeks and works just fine so far, its a Blitz universal BOV, I bought the steel flange from Blitz as well, with it and fabbed it up myself. Everything was bought off of Ebay. All parts, welded and all was about 200 bucks.
The problem I was having was the car would shutter/bucking during compressor surge/backing off the throttle from boost and it was ticking me off. Now you still here the surge some and not a loud psssh ricer sound, a lil but nothing crazy and no more bucking.

I have two stock BOV's on mine from a Nissan Skyline. I think the actual valves are 30mm each. I found them on e-bay for around 50 bucks. Works perfect.

I mounted them low near the steering gear.
