+2! Look into her biography. When she was a teen she drove like the spoiled brat of a party girl for which she is. Even got kicked off a team and kick out of Europe because of it. Money,not talent bought her that ride. Kind of like Dad sending a daughter off to college to get married. Send her to the Ivy Leagues and she marries a millionaire, send her to a state college and she marries a white collar type. The only reason she made it this far is because she is a pretty girl. Just a marketing tool so the team owners can rake in the bucks from marketing. It doesn't take a real racer to figure that out. She has what I call "seat time" talent. Spend enough time doing something and you might get good doing it. Heck I've got seat time talent as far as that goes. Riddle me this. If she is such a great driver, why did it take her so long to win a race? Really her best finish up to Mexico was a fourth place. That aint talent. That was luck. Now if you want a girl with some real driving talent try Sarah Fisher(no relation BTW).

Really it's pretty sad when you have to take out an insurance policy in case your body gets mutilated and you cant work as a model off the track.

She finished 7th last year and is presently in 3rd place. I don't think her looks got her there. How many men presently in IRL have won a race in their careers.???
As long as she has sponsors she will race. It's all about the fan appeal and I personally can't name over three male drivers or who they drive for. :smile:

Name 4 male drivers in the IRL that are better than danica. Don't think 95% of the population can name 4 drivers in the irl. With CART out, Danica is exactly what the IRL needs. I'm from Indiana, so I'd love to see the IRL make a come back. I grew up listening to the indy 500 at bbq's (race was blacked out in all of indiana). If you don't think she's hot, you must like men! As far as talent, I think she's just as good as any of the guys in IRL

I don't think there is any real sponsorship money for the IRL because it's a very lame series... no competition between different engines or chassis... it's in reality a super fast go cart race and if you ever turn on the TV when it's on you'll see 1,000 bored people in the stands. It used to be cool... stock block Buick, Chevy, Ford vs high dollar race built engines with all kinds of creativity and technology. Now I think there are only a couple "approved" engines and they had to buy the right for that.
