Garrett, I run a mustang dyno down in FL, which is an eddy current dyno .... in my and most true racers opinion the best way because you do get a real road output for your vehicle to run against. I dyno turbo cars all the time an have never once had an issue with a lack of boost being built. Id bet you were on a dynojet which are great for stroking peoples egos due to overly high power readouts but terrible if you want to tune or test a quick reving turbo car. Ive had quite a few customers come in with similar complaints to yours. So if you have a mustang dyno in your area id try one of them.
