I am glad no charges are going to be placed on the home owner. .

I know in Massachusetts it is easier to kill a "dangerous intruder who makes you fear for your life".. Maiming said scumbag loozer's could open up to civil litigation. ..

Hopefully Georgia isn't anything screwed up like Massachusetts in this regard. ..
