I've already built a wooden box with handles. The block is bolted to the bottom of the box using the bell housing bolt holes.

If the "package" is not over 150#'s, it can be shipped by regular Fedex or UPS.

We ship bare alum blocks in a heavy cardboard box, and the weight of the 4.1 block would be about the same ~110#'s.
