WTB: Adjustable fuel pressure regulator

Looking for a used adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I can buy a new accufab for $110 from an actual storefront so whatever you are selling it must be significantly less than that.

The 237 regulator with a walbro 307 is reading way too high at idle, 49 psi. I gotta crank that b*tch down!
