To be honest, Im not sure if thats the correct bracket for that year buick. I use all my buicks in custom applications so none of that stuff usually matters. However, I do believe that engine is an 83 by looking at the turbo system.

I just happened to see this photo in a post and realized that bracket would solve alot of problems for me.

ever seen a bracket like that? I havent.

Eric looked it up in the Buick manual & it is a 1980. I have an 80 out back & I'll check it out Monday for you. If I don't have it John C. in PA. should have it.
