Most 18+ year old used ones you find these days have worn or torn rubber straps or the metal brackets have rusted or been cut/modified. I've got a like new one that was reconditioned recently (blasted & painted brackets, new rubber strap, & new hardware) for $70. Email me directly if I can help. Thanks.
