I have a WE-4 (NON-HOOD ORNAMENT) header panel, in Panama City, Florida for $150+shipping. The problem with shipping is the size, since it is pretty wide. LMK the cheapest method of shipping it. It does need to be re-painted, since smoe of the paint is chipping off. I have pictures of it if you'd like.
