WTB good short block

I'm wanting to know, if anyone in the detroit metro area, has a 109 short block for sale. It must be stock, and in at least rebuildable condition. Please, no blocks needing sleeving or a lot of honing. I want to put it on a stand, and take it apart, and put it back together a few times, to learn intimately, the workings of our engines. Then, one day, I can put it back together for a racing engine, or to have as a backup.

Must be in the se portion of michigan, so I can pick it up. Thank you.

That is actually a good offer. But it would be better for a person that's ready to drop one in. The one I get will be used for a class, that I'm going to give to myself. So that cam and pistons will be wasted, as will all that machine work. I need a stocker.
Mine will sit in my basement for at least a year or so.
