Try an S Truck . Change the pitman arm. it's 6 turns lock to lock as is normal for manual.

I've got a manual s-10 box with the pitman arm that I'll sell. I'm here just east of Cincy in Williamsburg, just around the corner from Fiscus. Lonnie also knows me.
