I have just what you need but I still have to remove them. they are in great shape, send me your cell and ill send pics this afternoon. thanks Fred
 
Thanks for your offer Fred would buy them from you but just found out the guy doing the body work on my car was able to remove them for repaint, they were removed several years ago and reinstalled with some kind of cement thought we were gonna have to smash them out but they did come out..thanks again..

not a problem, you must put heat pad on glass to soften adhesive and they'll usually come right out with little effort. hope this tip helps Fred
 
I've had about 80 sets out and never once used any heat on them. Once the 5 nuts are loosened I tap the studs flush and then push the glass and metal trim out with my foot. Works flawless every time
