WTB turbo flex plate

Doing a build for a buddy and want to get it all balanced. I am missing the flex plate and bolts. How much shipped to 91913?

EDIT: This is for a stock crank/rod motor build so I need an external balanced plate.

It is a sfi. This is where I got it from and then I needed a external.

No I'm sorry I got confused. It is an external. Mine got internally balanced and needed to buy a new balancer too
