WTS: Polished Turbonetics T-70 ***PICS***

Got this turbo used, but won't likely have a combo capable of using it any time soon... so up for sale she goes...

There is no WG actuator with it, and one of the flat metal retainers is missing off the cover. I'm assuming that is where the WG actuator was. :dunno:

It has a .85 exhaust housing, and 4" inlet/2.5" outlet compressor cover.
I don't know enough turbo-lingo to be sure, but I think it has a "P-trim" wheel ?


Maybe somebody who knows more about them can enlighten me as to what I have.



Either way, I gotta sell this thing, so I'm asking $750 obo.

I accept Paypal, but would need a little extra to cover fees on a big ticket item like this. (+3 or 4%)

Any shaft play? Any known problems? Wheel sizes to pull up a compressor map on it? Keep in mind I have to beg for anything for my car, so I'll keep watching in case it don't sell.

No shaft play worth mentioning... just typical oil clearence. It feels like the brand new PT67 I just put on my car.

I don't know enough about turbo lingo to make much sense, but I understand it's a TE70 P-trim with a .85 exhaust housing. It will take a pretty stout motor to turn this thing, and quite honestly, I had plans to use it on a V8 conversion to my GN over the Winter.
I just can't afford to tackle the project now, and need to dump a few things for some extra money... otherwise I'd just keep the turbo.
I'm not selling it because of a problem with it... I'm selling it because I'm broke right now and need the cash...

This is for whoever bought it.

If you have trouble spooling it, I'l trade my .65 turbine housing and $$ for your .85 housing.

My T'netics 70 spools too fast at the strip, believe it or not. Need a bigger turbine housing or a Q-trim.
