I have had a Xeror phaser 6100 for many years and now I am having a problem with the fuser. It keeps saying low temperature. The issue is I have a whole set of brand new extra capacity toners for this machine so I really dont want to trash the copier. On the other hand I don't want to spend $300 on a new fuser. Does anyone here know if I can repair the fuser myself? Can I open the fuser and solder in new parts?
