XFI C-Com CD help

[RED LS1]

I just picked up an XFI that was new in the box but fairly old. The CD that came with it is version 1.3. How behind am i with this and what would change if I had a newer version?

You can go to xfi web site and call their number. For 50.00, you can upgrade your box to 2.0 version which has a nice new auto-learning (tune) feature.

It will add to your system. Yes it will run better too for closed loop cold start.

Oh. So right now my box will run on C-com 1.3 but when I upgrade it to 2.0 I'll download a new 2.0 disc? Which will give me all the new features?

I planed on upgrading it anyway. How old would you say the 1.3 is? I think the Box says 03 on it but now sure.

Not sure how old 1.3 is, but you need to email fast your serial number and then they send you the 2.0 option file for $50. You can download the 2.001 software for free once your register your info.
