Xfi O2 Sensor Problem

HI,

Im am now the proud owner of my first XFI.I am having one problem.my O2 sensor is constantly reading around 8 to 1 ratio all the time and setting a wideband code.it is in the proper location and i have double checked all my connections.im sure cal will be able to help me out but i figured id throw it out to see if any of you guys might have experienced this and steer me in the right direction before making the call tommorow.
