Xtreme shift kit, no instructions

Bought this shift kit last fall. It didnt have any kind of instructions included. Since I'm ready to install this thing sometime soon I'm hoping someone can hook me up with some instructions. Thanks in advance.

Seems to be a recurring theme with that shift kit.

Poor print quality when you do receive them.

I bought one last year and installed in my 200-4R and wasn't impressed with the instructions or the kit itself.
