I rode around a RD400 just out of high school. Loads of fun.
Graduated up to a Suzuki GS1100ET before giving up bikes after the birth of my first son. The GS was like moving up to a star fighter. I'll never forget the sensation when I first went WOT with her. I thought it was going to leave me behind.
These guys that are turbocharging Hyabusas are just plain crazy.

I remember a friend had just got a new FI Kawasaki 1100 and wanted to race me with the GS1100ET. I beat him by a little and he wanted to race again, in hopes of beating me. I told him, "OK, but I missed a shift on the last run." "What?!!" He was pissed!
The next run, I didn't miss a shift. :biggrin: Bye bye.
