Yet another MAP question

I have the MAP sensor hooked up to my powerlogger (the +5v/ground/signal). Is it ok to pull the map signal off there by putting a 2nd wire in the screw-down connector?

Sure.. but I would do it a few inches away from the connector on the wire itself. Those terminals are small and not designed for multiple wires to be jabbed into them.
