When you no longer need an O2 sensor in the pass header. You plug it off....dont want to weld it now. Want to make sure that if you sold them off the hole could be used again. Said plug started becoming loose. Tightened plug....but at the last thread.....wait for it.....wait for it.....tink....it dropped into the pass header. I am buying new headers if I have to take these ones off.

They will be for sale soon if interested. Nothing wrong with them, just stepping up to the TA race headers with V bands.

Thanks Man, I think I am going to sell them as a set. It has a TA cross over pipe as well so I want to sell as a nice set of headers

Ok so the headers are stock and the cross over is a TA. Let me know when you get ready to sell. Thanks man

Pull the cross over off and get it out the back .. if its mild steel plug just use a magnet

took headers off, and are going to buy some different ones. Going SS TA race ones.

Want to sell them now. Here are some pictures of them. I repaired the heat shield on the pass side and welded it up. Also removed the nut on the pass side header that was getting ready to break off and welded a new nut into place. Ill send you a P<

That sucks.

So just leaving the 02 in may be the way to go for someone thinking of doing the same thing.

D

I guess, or weld a plug in. I didnt want to destroy them if someone wanted to use them again. I ran teflon fuel lines, and they run right where the 02 sensor would be. SO it could have gotten interesting.

The O2 plugs I have purchased from the local exhaust shop always had a shoulder on them to prevent that from happening.
