I'm completely removing the harness. I've got everything but where it goes throw the firewall and connects to the ECM. Do I need to remove the heater core to get wires out? I see the grommet on the inside, but can't really
get to it from under the hood.
The pic's look probably about like any other bay with the engine removed. The only thing really busted was the eyelet on the conduit that secures the harness to the valve cover, as depicted in first photo. Everything seems to work, but it just seems a little crude.
Trying to clean up under the hood, paint and all. And every time I look at the old harness I wondering if
it's worth spending the money on Caspers an just pitch the old one. Man what a ugly mess. My dumb ass
question of the day would be. is the Caspers harness worth the investment? Have many...
Tying to remove the harness from where it plugs into the firewall just below the wiper motor. Can't quite figure out
how it comes apart, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Getting ready to remove tranny and was wondering is there a way to drain fluid with out removing the pan?
Mine does not have a drain plug on the pan that I can see.
I'm installing a Champion ported intake on some Champion ported irons this weekend have two questions. First will the Felpro MS 96033 be sufficient?
And second do I need to smear blue RTV around the water jacket holes?
Any body have a good source for different thickness pump cover gaskets? And
how much clearance do I need? I'm assuming that is measured shaft play with
the cover bolted down.
