Big thanks to Alkycontrol for the customer support

I installed this kit about 6.5 years ago and hadn't driven the car much since then (not even registered). After trying to sell the car, I got frustrated with the low ballers and figured I need to run it myself. Recently found the pump wasn't pumping any fluid into the system. Yesterday, Julio...

    UB SLOW - Ottawa

Saw your car a couple min ago over at Costco. Nice clean rig! Seems everytime I come to visit "upper Canada", I always see some nice clean GNs and T-types. Nice rig bud. Daren

GN dies on freeway at 70mph

I was fighting the same problem I'm having the exact same issue when I run my car on a hot (for Canada) day. Once I run it up a few times, I can't find the problem. But after a hard dash and some fooling around on the highway, I've had to coast into gas stations after a few nasty backfires...

Anyone using Billet Street Lite Race Wheels???

BFG 275/50R15 on stock t-type wheel

275 50s They fit on GN wheels, I didn't need a spacer but used one anyway. They burnout with even patches, however, they do wear out in the center as mentioned above when travelling highway. I commute daily in fine weather with mine. I did notice a lot of "squirm" when I first installed...

Has anyone welded up an astroroof car?

Sounds good... looks like I should be looking at a full roof if I decide to change it. Thanks for the insight.

Has anyone welded up an astroroof car?

all good answers thus far...but no-one has tried it? Great replies thus far...but no-one has tried it? What if I found a GN with a hardtop sitting in a driveway rusting away for 10-15 years, yet the roof is good? What would be the answer then? Where would you cut the roof at? I doubt...

Has anyone welded up an astroroof car?

I just pulled my astroroof out as I was changing the seal and the glass jammed mid job + I found some rust (not cancer, but the brown start from sitting moisture). With all due respect to those that love their astroroof cars, my gut says "I hate sunroofs in my personal car, why not just weld...

TurboBuick Convoy 417S from Ottawa this morning?

Saw a group of turbo buicks this morning. Sweet rides, and one in the lead on a trailer that looked pretty set up. 5 in total? 4 GNs and a white limited. Nice rigs guys, I would have tailed you guys to the next stop in the rental Grand Cher. to meet you guys, but I was late for a flight out...

Charging woes after alky kit install

FYI, I put it back together and had the similar problem again. It looks like I'm having problems with the fit of the gauge cluster. RED REGAL ...I think you nailed it the closest. Thanks.

Charging woes after alky kit install

Well...this is weird. I started checked the wire as directed above and the light came on. So...alternator is hooped I guessed. Another co-worker who knows his way around alternators comes over and we start talking about the plug and whatnot. We disconnect and look at the pins..reconnect and...
